Getting started

1. Download PingIntro from the App Store.
2. Sign in with Google or your email.
3. Fill in your name, title, company, and contact details on the My Card tab.
4. Tap Save — you’ll get a shareable link like pingintro.com/c/your-card.
5. Share it via QR code, message, or Apple Wallet.

Scanning a business card

1. Open the Scan tab.
2. Point the camera at a business card and tap the capture button, or pick a photo from your library.
3. Review the extracted details and tap Save contact.

PingIntro reads cards in English, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, and 100+ other languages.

Adding your card to Apple Wallet

1. Save your card on the My Card tab.
2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
3. Confirm in the Wallet sheet.

Frequently asked questions

Is my card public?

Yes — your card lives at pingintro.com/c/your-slug. Only the fields you fill in are visible. Your contacts and scanned cards are private.

Does the other person need the app?

No. They open your card link in any browser. If they have an iPhone, they can save it to Apple Wallet or contacts without installing PingIntro.

Can I use PingIntro on the web?

Yes — visit pingintro.com, sign in, and manage your card and contacts from any browser.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, on the first tab (the card screen you see after signing in), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. On the web, sign in at pingintro.com/card and use the Danger zone at the bottom of the card editor. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting removes your profile, your public card link, your saved contacts and every photo you uploaded. It cannot be undone. People who already scanned your card keep the copy they saved.
