Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PingIntro (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

PingIntro is a digital business card platform that lets you create, share, and scan business cards, manage contacts, and generate Apple Wallet passes. The Service is accessible via the web at pingintro.com and via the PingIntro mobile app.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You may not create accounts for automated or fraudulent purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter on your business card and the contacts you save. You grant PingIntro a license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any contact information you scan or save through the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact people who have not consented
  • Upload malicious or copyrighted content you do not own
  • Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Public cards

Business cards created through PingIntro are publicly accessible at pingintro.com/c/your-slug. Do not include sensitive personal information on your card that you do not want to be public.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google (OAuth, Gemini OCR), Supabase (database, storage), and Apple (Wallet). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services through PingIntro.

Service availability

PingIntro is provided “as is” without guarantee of availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

PingIntro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, contacts, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (go to the first tab and tap Delete account) or on the web at pingintro.com/card. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, public card link, saved contacts and uploaded images are removed and cannot be recovered. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
